Hi, I’m John Doré and graduated from the Jay Shetty Certification School as a certified Life and Success Coach, accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC)

I have set up Ripple Inside, an Executive and Transformational Coaching practise

Ripple Inside has a Vision to ‘Partner with high performing individuals (and organisations) to find their path and confidence as they navigate through significant events and change, helping individuals and teams lead with authenticity and clarity, and align personal growth with professional success’

With over 25+ years in leadership roles within the Advertising, Media and Tech Sales business I can bring a wealth of relevant experience and connection to help guide individuals and organisations through change and provide clarity and context as Ive probably been through it all before.

I've worked at start up/scale up agency networks and clients, created (from scratch), ran and sold my own canned wine business as well as building two eco houses after demolishing a 1950's bungalow - all during Covid (am I mad?!!)

I have a lot of life experiences to draw on and help you find your path and confidence as you navigate change!

  • Challenged myself with Triathlons, Sportives, and climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.

I’ve always led with empathy and emotional intelligence so for me coaching full time has been the natural next step.

I practise meditation, journaling and manifestation, its a continuous journey of self improvement.

My mission is to 'empower high performing individuals, resonating through listening deeply and talking in simple yet purposeful language, to give them the tools to create the ripple effect of positive change’

I’ll listen, wont judge and put 100% energy into helping you find clarity to navigate change and find your path.
